PREPARATION TIME: 40 MINS IN TOTAL (20 MINS PREPARATION, 20 MINS STANDING TIME)

COOKING: OVEN 40 MIN @ 180º
- 4 eggs
- 1 or 2 glasses of sugar
- 1 glass of Almendrina milk (brik or making it mixing y 1 spoon of Almendrina almond cream and water)
- 3 glasses of flour
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 1 glass of powder
- [Optional] Sliced almonds
- [Optional] Iced sugar
In a bowl combine the flour, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Make a hole in the centre and add the two eggs and a little milk.
Beat the mixture until smooth and without lumps. Continue to stir gradually adding the rest of the milk and the melted butter.
Let the mixture stand for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cook in a hot pan with a little butter.
Spread each crepe with a spoonful of ALMENDRINA CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT PASTE
Roll up the crepes and let yourself be enfolded in their irresistible flavour.
