PREPARATION TIME: 40 MINS IN TOTAL (20 MINS PREPARATION, 20 MINS STANDING TIME)

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):
- 250 ml of Almendrina almond milk (tetra brik or prepared with water and 5 teaspoons of almond paste)
- 2 eggs
- 170 g flour
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 160 g of ALMENDRINA CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT PASTE
- Salt
PREPARATION:
In a bowl combine the flour, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Make a hole in the centre and add the two eggs and a little milk.
Beat the mixture until smooth and without lumps. Continue to stir gradually adding the rest of the milk and the melted butter.
Let the mixture stand for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cook in a hot pan with a little butter.
Spread each crepe with a spoonful of ALMENDRINA CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT PASTE
Roll up the crepes and let yourself be enfolded in their irresistible flavour.
