LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: EASY
- 1 tetra brik ALMENDRINA ALMOND MILK (or prepare one litre of water with 5 tablespoons of organic or conventional ALMENDRINA ALMOND PASTE)
- The peel of 1 or 2 lemons
- Crushed ice or ice cubes
- 4 egg whites
Grate the lemon peel or use a blender, mix with a spoonful of icing sugar so you don’t find any bits in the drink.
Beat the milk with the ice
Once the ice has melted, add the egg whites until the drink is creamy
Add cinnamon to taste
[Optional] Substitute the lemon peel for natural extracts (lemon, vanilla, etc …)
Serve cool … and enjoy it!
